Diogenes & Associates has been teaching law enforcement officers from around the world for over 20 years. Chief Pierson attended the law enforcement training and immediately recognized that Neurographics can be a powerful tool for school district police and educators. During the past several years,  Diogenes has trained over 100 Pasadena ISD educators and police.

TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS

The purpose of the 3 day course is to help Educators and Police prevent violent tendencies in students through non-intrusive "NEUROGRAPHICS".

In a 4-hour  modified course we present an Introduction and Awareness of Neurographics. Our goal is to provide basic awareness and identification to all teachers. This will create a flow of communication and awareness with administrators and others with advanced training.

Tom Pierson: Speaker Introductory Information
Assistant Chief Tom Pierson
Tom  Pierson is a 28-year law enforcement veteran with 20 years of distinguished service with the Pasadena Independent School District Police Department. Tom has served at all levels of the Police Department up to and including his current position as Assistant Chief of Police. Pasadena Independent School District is a medium size district with a student population of 46,000 students. Chief Pierson began his law enforcement career as a Military Policeman in the United States Marine Corps and retired from the Corps in 1982 after 20 years of service. He has been an instructor in the field of Law Enforcement for over 24 years. Chief Pierson holds an Advanced Police Officer Certificate, and Instructors License and an Advanced Investigative Hypnosis Certificate.


Chief Pierson is a founding member of Texas School District Police Chief's Association. He was one of the original members of the Texas School District Police Officer's Association and helped write the bill that became law defining the scope of the school district police officer's duties and jurisdiction.

 Chief Pierson is an expert on handwriting and a Professional Member of the North American Board of Handwriting and Statement Analysis. He has used handwriting in a school environment for over 5 years.

 Level I – Neurographics™, is the most effective technique for obtaining confessions. It allows the interviewer to know the strengths and weaknesses of the subjects’ personality, and insight that allows for an instant rapport. Also, the “Reality Principle” of the offense committed. Time Line and statement content analysis are also made “easy” in combination with Neurographics™.

 Level II – Advanced Neurographics™ for Confessions Including Cognitive Interview Techniques + SNAG Interview Techniques

 The Level II course will provide each student with the “advanced skills in truth and deception. The thrust of this course will be Neurographics™ for understanding the suspect’s personality strengths and weaknesses.
